About Me
I’ve been doing this a long time (10 years). That on its own isn’t impressive, but it means I’ve faced my fair share of failures (successes too, but you don’t learn as much from them) and dealt with quite a variety of challenges - much more than a 22-year-old with an FX3 and a course.
I’m what a previous employer called “a Unicorn”, I think that just means I wear many hats or one cranial horn, I guess? Essentially, I’ve worked nearly every role on set, both in front of and behind the camera. Does that mean I want to do every role on set? Please no…but it does mean I understand where everyone is coming from and can communicate with every department efficiently.
I genuinely care about what I do and am passionate about it - not a super easy feat after 10 years, and I’ve had my ups and downs, but you know how people ask, “would you still do it if you weren’t paid to?” It’s very easy for me to say yes because I do. Every week I’m working on side projects, getting involved with the community, and still excited about what I do (check out Goose Soup online).
